HOTEL BOOKING INFO

Hospitality Room:

As you all may remember the City of Red Deer has very strict laws prohibiting alcohol in any of the arena dressing rooms and due to a couple of the arenas being part of public recreation facilities and one being an elementary school the city staff do take this quite seriously.  Therefore after each game when the players of the game are awarded your team will also receive one beer ticket per player and we invite you to come back to the Red Deer Lodge where the hospitality room will be to enjoy a beer on us.  The hospitality room will be open daily from 10am until midnightish and we will have a full serve bar and cheap beers.  As well we will have our raffle prizes and clothing for sale in the room.  All proceeds from hospitality room, raffle prizes, and clothing will be going to the Red Deer Firefighters Children’s Charity.

We are looking at running an A, B, C, D, E and an over 50/retirees division.  Please see attachment on what expectation is for each division.  If we don’t have enough interest in certain divisions we will be in contact with you and make alternate arrangements.  Although it may sometimes be difficult to place your team in the proper division please be mindful, no one likes the name of “sandbagger”!!!
